Located along the waterfront on Redcliffe Parade is one of the region’s best rustic Italian dining restaurants called What’s in the Pot? What’s in the Pot? brings the mouth-watering flavours of Tuscany to the north Brisbane region of Redcliffe.

With an ever-changing menu (typical of Italian cuisine), patrons are continuously welcomed with a fresh experience in every sitting.

What’s in the Pot? is open from Tuesday to Sunday with variations in opening hours depending on the day. However, you will be sure to experience a wholesome homestyle Italian dinner every Tuesday to Sunday night.

Traditional Italian Cooking

While the menu is continuously changing, some things just always stay the same and that goes for the What’s in the Pot? famous woodfire pizzas. Some of the tasty woodfire pizza options are listed below. There are also gluten-free pizza bases available. Please note that pizzas are only available on the dinner menu.

  • Focaccia Rustica (Vegetarian) – Woodfire focaccia bread topped with oregano, rosemary, garlic and EVOO
  • Margherita (Vegetarian) – Tomato salsa, mozzarella and fresh basil
  • Vegana (Vegan) – Tomato salsa grilled eggplant, zucchini, wild mushrooms, black olives and basil
  • Cotto e Funghi – white base, mozzarella, diced tomatoes, sliced ham and while mushrooms
  • Prosciutto – tomato salsa, mozzarella, sliced parma prosciutto, rocket, shaved Parmigiano
  • Gamberi – tomato salsa, mozzarella, prawn cutlets, grilled zucchini and anchovies

Because What’s in the Pot? has an everchanging menu, it may be hard to imagine what you can expect to eat. So, try to imagine chicken cacciatore, Tuscan vegetable soup, pork shank, wine marinated lamb or a variety of delicious pasta options.
