Woodford Folk Festival is Australia's largest annual arts and music festival of its kind, gathering together more than 2,000 artists, musicians and presenters to perform across 35 venues over six huge days. With all that's going on, it's best to make a plan of who to see on what day. Take a highlighter to make up your program.
Just a taste of what to expect in the line-up:
The Festival's home, Woodfordia, has been developed into a cultural parkland dedicated to the arts, humanities and lore. The huge ground has stages, shops, a tent city, food stalls and so much more to explore over a whopping 500 acres. That's a lot of ground to cover!
As well as great bands, interactive workshops and craft displays, the festival's program boasts a number of amazing speakers across a multitude of topics. Acclaimed speakers from all over the world will impart their wisdom for festival-goers to take in.
Let go of any pre-conceived ideas about who you are, become fully immersed in the unique experience and interact with new people...you may just find yourself a new path to discover!
