What to Expect

You will be picked up from your accommodation and dropped off to board the luxury ferry for transfer to the island across Moreton Bay Marine Park. You may like to spend your time on the ferry wildlife spotting – the bay is home to diverse marine life including dolphins, dugongs, turtles and whales during humpback migration season.

Upon arrival on Moreton Island you’ll take a seat in the Sunrover Tours 4WD vehicle with other tour guests for a chauffeured journey to all the best Moreton island attractions as part of your eco-guided tour.

You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch and numerous things to do on Moreton Island including beach 4WDing, a visit to the eastern surf beach, desert dune tobogganing, a dip in the Champagne Pools, swimming or snorkelling in Blue Lagoon, and guided exploration at White Patch, Honeymoon Bay, and Cape Moreton Lighthouse, all topped off with a beach walk and photo opportunity at the Tangalooma Shipwrecks site, before you are dropped off at the ferry for your return trip to Brisbane.
