#4 Caboolture Warplane & Flight Heritage Museum

A real treat for warplane enthusiasts and modern history buffs, this aviation museum offers a World War II focused collection of restored warplanes including a P51D Mustang, CAC Wirraway, Cessna Bird Dog, SNJ-4, and CAC Winjeel.

Aside from the marvellous vintage aircraft, the museum also features numerous displays depicting famous aviation accidents and tragedies, and many exhibits recounting much of Australia’s flight heritage. A large variety of aircraft engines and wartime memorabilia are also on display.

The Caboolture Warplane Museum is the only one of its kind in our region. You’ll find it amongst the Caboolture Airfield hangars, located along Bribie-Caboolture Road.
